  1. 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  2. 8 ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  3. 1 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
  4. 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  1. Mix all ingredients in a air tight container.

  3. Let sit for at least 4 hours, best if left overnight.
