As a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in holistic medicine of women and infants. I combine my experience as a medical professional combined with my signature methodology

Here, I share with you my ups and downs in trying to re-establish my life after being diagnosed with PCOS. As a woman with PCOS, I understand first hand the uphills and pitfalls.

I’ll share my own personal tips for managing symptoms of PCOS. Discuss with you my experience in losing multiple pregnancies and becoming a rainbow mom. 
 
 
My goal is to share what I’ve learned both personally and professionally. Sharing my diet, and the only thing that has worked to help me shed over 30 pounds and keep the weight off for over 3 years.

I also share my experience as a Registered Nurse and Certified holistic hormone health Coach, all the while discussing my experiences in things that can’t be taught… like infertility and motherhood!
