Cauliflower Fried Rice
This yummy rendition of an old favorite makes a great side to any protein or to eat alone.

    1. Rice half of a large cauliflower, and set to the side.
    2. Crack and scramble one egg. Add to hot frying pan with preferred butter or oil.
    3. Cook egg 2-3 minutes on high heat until eggs are cooked.
    4. Add in riced cauliflower mixture to cooked eggs on high heat.
    5. Season cauliflour fried rice with a sprinkle of soy sauce or amino acids, pink himilayan salt, garlic power, onion powder and mix on high for 5 minutes.
