Carefully remove Cauliflower florets and gather them in a large boiling pan. Careful not to cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
Gather all ingredients for Cauliflower Mac and Cheese, only ingredient not pictured is bacon bits. Bacon bits may be left out for people who are sensitive to pork.
In order to acheive the desired texture, please do not cut the cauliflower pieces too small. Boil or steam them with a strainer to avoid the cauliflower from getting soggy (as seen in the picture).
Combine steamed cauliflower into a large pot of mixing bowl. Carefully fold the ingredients. Try not to break the cauliflower up too much during mixing. The large pieces of cauliflower provide the pasta like texture.
Once all ingredients are combined, add bacon and top with your preferred cheese blend. Bake for 350 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes, or until cheese on the top and corners become bubbly and brown.
Careful removing from the oven. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, contents are extremly hot. Enjoy 🙂
