Instructions
  1. Peel and devein shrimp. Place shrimp on an absorbent paper towel, and set to the side.
  2. Cut bacon into cubes using a kitchen knife or scizzors. Place in frying pan on medium heat.

  3. Cook bacon on medium heat unitl bacon is almost cooked to your liking. Do not overcook the bacon. The bacon will be reintroduced to heat again, so its important not to overcook.

  4. Transfer cooked bacon to absorbant paper towel and place aside.

  5. Drain all bacon greese from the pan. Be careful not to scrape the pan when removing the bacon greese. The bacon pieces will give the florets a great flavor.
  6. Add butter to brocolini on medium heat. Allow brocolini to cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, and cover brocolini and allow to cook for 15 additional minutes.
  7. In a seperate pan, add butter. Once butter is melted, add shrimp and parmesean cheese to medium heat.
  8. Cook shrimp on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side until shrimp are fully opaque. Add bacon.
  9. Combine all ingredients until the parmesean cheese and bacon and shrimp have married.
  10. Serve shrimp over brocolini florets and enjoy!
