  1. Gather your 4 ingredients
    monk fruit, blueberry, xanthan gum
  2. Measure out all of the ingredients and set aside.
  3. Add vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweetener to sauce pan over medium heat.
  4. Add xanthan gum to mixture, stir frequently.
  5. Add water to mixture very slowly. Ensure not to add more than 1/4 cup of water total. Add more or less water to achieve desired consistency.
  6. Once sauce has achieved its desired frequency, remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving or storing.
  7. Use your blueberry sauce to top your Keto Chia Seed Pudding, or any other low carb, Keto favorite that could use a littel more pizzazz!
