This crispy keto fried chili lime chicken is sure to be a hit. Small enough for little hands, these are sure to be a hit amongst the kids.   1. Gather together dry seasonings. Remove bone from chicken thighs, careful to leave skin intact. Cut up chicken into cubes and set aside.
  2. Mix and beat egg mixture and set aside. Put Almond flour into bowl and set aside. Take a rolling pill and crush the Chilli Lime chips.
  3. Set egg mixture, and almond and chip mixture in seperate bowls and set to the side.
  4. Season chicken thighs with all paprika, onion powder, Lawrys, mustard, cumin, and garlic and herb seasonings.
  5. Coat chicken in egg mixture, then into almond mixture. Then Dip chicken back into egg mixture, and into chip mixture. Fry until golden brown for 8-10 minutes each side.
