  1. Freeze almond milk ahead of time to create a rich and creamy consistency.
    Frozen Almond Milk
  2. Gather Monk fruit sweetener, blueberries, strawberries and almond milk vanilla unsweetened.
  3. Cut up strawberries, leaving one strawberry to the side to garnish the smoothie.
  4. Add one scoop of MCT powder and one scoop of Isopure Zero Carb protein powder in vanilla flavor.
  5. Add all contents straight into the blender.
  6. Add a small bit of water to assist blending. Be sure not to add too much water or it will thin out. Only add enough water to lubricate the blades.
  7. Blend until contents are mixed and creamy.
  8. Add some whipped cream and sunshine and enjoy!
