Low Carb Keto Zuccini Lasagna

Ground beef (80/20)
Low Carb, No sugar added
Pink Himalayan salt
Add beef to lightly greased pan.
Add Cilantro cubes, garlic powder, onion power, pink himalyan salt, and cumin. Mix thoroughly.
Ensure seasonings are destributed evently. Cook beef and set aside.
Slice zucchini into thin slices. They dont have to be perfect, you wont be able to see them once we smoother them with cheese.
Grill zucchini for 3 minutes on each side.
In an 8 inch pan layer zucchini, beef, and ricotta cheese.
Continue to layer zucchini, beef, and ricotta cheese. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until cheese at the top is brown and bubbly.
Allow the lasagna to set for 5 minutes before serving. The contents are extremly hot.
