Keto Low Carb Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag riced cauliflower or Medium cauliflower head
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 whole Scrambled eggs
  • 3 shakes Soy sauce or until desired color and taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

Method
 

  1. Cook eggs on medium heat
  2. Add all ingredients except the soy sauce and stir fry on high heat until cauliflower is cooked thoroughly
  3. Add soy sauce at the end, add the desired amount to your liking right before serving
  4. Serve with Love and Enjoy!
