Keto Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup mixed Fresh Berries
  • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Powder can substitute non-dairy protein powder
  • 1 cup Frozen Almond Milk  Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp  Monk Fruit Sweetener

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Freeze 1 cup of Almond milk into Ice cubes
  2. Add 1 cup of frozen almond milk iced cubes inside the blender
  3. Add Protein powder, berries, and Sweetener
  4. Pulse gently until desired thickness is achieved
  5. Garnish with whipped cream
  6. Serve with Love and enjoy
