Keto Low Carb Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cauliflower Head
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tbsp  Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Pink Himalayan Salt 
  • 2 cup Fine Cut Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Chop cauliflower head into large pieces
  2. Steam cauliflower for 5-10 minutes until fork tender
  3. Drain water and place in an oven-safe container
  4. Mix in cheddar cheese, turmeric powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, cream cheese, and sour cream
  5. Place all ingredients in an oven-safe container
  6. Cook for 45 minutes or until cheese is brown at edges
