Low Carb Keto Blueberry Sauce

Method
- Add blueberries to a hot pan
- Add 1 tbsp of water
- Once blueberries begin to blister, add xanthan gum
- Step 4 Mix thoroughly and add vanilla extract
- Allow blueberries to blister over medium heat, adding water in 1 tbsp increments until desired thickness is achieved
- Allow cooling for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool
- Place in an airtight container in the fridge or top something needing a little pizazz!
- Serve with Love and enjoy
