Keto Low Carb Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

- !1/2 Cauliflower Head
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Tumeric Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Pink himilayan Salt to taste
- 2 Cup Fine Cut Cheddar cheese
- Chop cauliflower head into large pieces.
- Steam cauliflower for 5-10 minutes until fork tender.
- Drain water and place in over safe container.
- Mix in cheddar cheese, turmeric power, onion powder, garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, cream cheese and sour cream.
- Reserve 1/4 of the cheddar cheese to top the dish. Add bacon crumbs to the top for garnish if desired.
- Cook at 350 for 45 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese begin to brown and crust.
