Ingredients
  1. !1/2 Cauliflower Head
  2. 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  3. 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  4. 1/2 tbsp Tumeric Powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  7. Pink himilayan Salt to taste
  8. 2 Cup Fine Cut Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Chop cauliflower head into large pieces.
  2. Steam cauliflower for 5-10 minutes until fork tender.
  3. Drain water and place in over safe container.
  4. Mix in cheddar cheese, turmeric power, onion powder, garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, cream cheese and sour cream.
  5. Reserve 1/4 of the cheddar cheese to top the dish. Add bacon crumbs to the top for garnish if desired.
  6. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese begin to brown and crust.
