Keto Low Carb Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
- 1/2 Cauliflower Head
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Tumeric Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Pink himilayan Salt to taste
- 2 Cup Fine Cut Cheddar cheese
- Step 1 Chop cauliflower head into large pieces.
- Step 2 Steam cauliflower for 5-10 minutes until fork tender.
- Step 3 Drain water and place in over safe container.
- Step 4 Mix in cheddar cheese, turmeric power, onion powder, garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, cream cheese and sour cream.
